At Pecky Cypress & More, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and collaborating closely with you on your project. Please note that pricing and lead times may vary depending on the size and specialty of your order. If materials are unavailable at the time of order placement, or if milling or staining is required, we will provide an estimated lead time. It is imperative to communicate your required timelines to your sales representative; we will strive, within our capabilities, to ensure that materials are available by the specified date.

Please be aware that full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise indicated. All orders are custom and considered final at the time of sale. Therefore, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, and are not subject to chargebacks. The customer holds full responsibility for placing orders in a timely manner and agrees to adhere to the payment terms stated at the time of order placement. 

Specialty wood products, such as Pecky Cypress, can differ significantly from one piece to another, making it impossible to guarantee a consistent grade. If your project demands a specific level of uniformity, we recommend ordering 30-50% more than the estimated requirement. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges this and waives the right to dispute the grading of specialty wood products.

All drawings and finish samples must receive client approval before production commences. 

As a material supplier, we are not accountable for the quantities ordered; therefore, please verify all ordered items for accuracy. Ensure that all waste factors for installation and product yield acceptance are confirmed prior to placing an order. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
